7 Smoothie Recipes Diet for a Week of Good Health

Sunday Smoothie

One healthy smoothie to help you detox and keep a healthy weight. Start every morning with a smoothie and eat a healthy diet the rest of the day. A good smoothie is a good start.

For lunch, have lean protein, whole grain, and a serving of vegetables. For an afternoon snack have a vegetable. For dinner, have more lean protein and plenty of vegetables.

For the rest of the week, follow the same instructions for your mid-morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, and dinner.  Make sure you get all the nutrients you need for a balanced meal.

Monday Smoothie

To start purifying your body, try the Fruity Dandelion Smoothie first thing in the morning, followed by plenty of water, and then a piece of fruit in the mid-morning, followed by some skim dairy.

    I would love to try but two of the days call for grapefruit im on BP med’s and the say no grapefruit is the an alternative
