Orange Creamsicle Smoothie

My daughter came home from school the other morning with a recipe her teacher gave to everyone…It’s titled Orange Smoothie, but I think a better name for it would be Orange Creamsicle Smoothie…it tastes almost identical…

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup of orange TangOranges)
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • Ice (enough to make desired consistency)

Place everything into a blender, mix till ice is crushed.

Sounds good!! Is the Tang already mixed or a dry ingredient? Wonder if you could put this in “pop” molds and freeze?

Awesome! I had to substitute Tang with Kool-Aid. Advice if you’re going to do that; cut down on the vanilla.

wow delicious… and to answer the question, the tang should be the liquid, not the powder..
