I love the name of this smoothie; The Blue Cranberry. It sounds like a fancy restaurant or jazz nightclub. But in reality it is a smoothie that will help prevent bladder infections and fight against painful urinary tract infections or UTI. How does this help?

Well, the ScienceDaily.com wrote, 'cranberry juice changes the thermodynamic properties of bacteria in the urinary tract, creating an energy barrier that prevents the microorganisms from getting close enough to latch onto cells and initiate an infection.'

Huh? Let's just say that cranberry juice targets the bacteria that causes bladder infections and zaps it. Plus, this smoothie tastes great. Your lips and your bladder will thank you. That actually sounds weird, but you get the point. Let's hear feedback for the blueberry, cranberry smoothie. Good or Gross?
