I absolutely love avocados and adding them to a smoothie is something that is relatively new in the smoothie world. But I'm all about trying something new and, how bad could it be? Well, it was excellent and the avocado adds a creamy texture that makes smoothies a delicious healthy meal replacement. Try this avocado smoothie and surprise it on your friends. They'll be amazed it was made from avocado.

If you remove the sherbet you will reduce the sugars to 37g and carbs drop to 64g, but it won't taste as good.

Ingredients


2 bananas
2 cups orange juice
1 cup of strawberries (preferably fresh, but frozen will do)
1 cup of orange or strawberry sherbet
1 cup ice
1 avocado, peeled and pitted
