Eggnog Smoothie

Christmas is coming and with it comes a few treats you only get this time of year. And one of those treats is eggnog, so why not combine that delicious eggnog flavor with a smoothie and with that you have a great tasting eggnog smoothie.


  • 2 cups eggnog
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
  • 1/3 cup of 2% milk
  • 2 cups of ice
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • Pinch of cinnamon

Blend until the banana is part of creamy texture. Trust me, this is eggnog smoothie is delicious!

    But it dose look a little bit gross I am just saying but it looks yummy but ok maybe I will eat it can some one tell me if it is good or not!

    I’ve made this before, but it’s better to use no ice, no milk, and substitute those equal parts with LOW FAT instead of non-fat vanilla ice cream.
