Chocolate and raspberries are a wonderful combination. Whip up these two ingredients and you have a smoothie that is sure to please and a new favorite you will be making in your blender for years to come. Is this is a dessert smoothie or a protein smoothie? No need to choose, its both.

1 scoop chocolate Designer Whey Powder (2 carbs).
1 cup frozen raspberries (6 net carbs).
1/2 cup frozen strawberries (3.2 net carbs).
Raspberry Crystal Light to taste and desired consistency (0 carbs).

  1. Add whey powder and frozen berries to blender. Add Crystal Light until berries are barely covered. Blend to desired consistency and add more Crystal Light to taste. Fills one 16 ounce party cup, about 11 net carbs. Add more whey powder or Crystal Light and reduce berries to reduce carbs.

Thanks for the sensible critique. Me & my neighbor were just preparing to do a little research about this. We got a grab a book from our local library but I think I learned more from this post. I’m very glad to see such great info being shared freely out there.

Hi, i read your blog from time to time and i own a similar one and i was just wondering if you get a lot of spam feedback? If so how do you reduce it, any plugin or anything you can suggest? I get so much lately it’s driving me crazy so any support is very much appreciated.

I’m truly enjoying the design and layout of your blog. It’s a very easy on the eyes which makes it much more pleasant for me to come here and visit more often. Did you hire out a designer to create your theme? Superb work!
