Raspberry Smoothies are some of the most popular, especially frozen. They are a great choice for melding more than one fruit flavor. Not overpowering, subtle and understated. Please submit your raspberry smoothie recipes.
I love lemonade and with spring around the corner the weather will be getting warmer here in Virginia so I think having a new lemonade smoothie receipe ready is a good idea. I haven’t tried real lemons, I would love to hear if anyone else has.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup lemonade
- 1 1/2 cups of rasberries
- 1 cup low-fat lemon yogurt
- 2 cups of ice
This is a combination I haven’t tried before but raspberries and chocolate seem like a good combination so maybe it will be as good as I think it should be. Try this chocolate smoothie with a raspberry zing!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen or fresh raspberries
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 tbs. instant chocolate pudding powder
- 1 cup cream soda (yep, cream soda)
- 1 cup milk
- 2 1/2 cups ice
raspberry SMOOTHIE
- 1 cup milk
- 1⁄2 cup natural yogurt
- 1 cup raspberries
- sugar or honey to taste.
Blend all ingredients on high until smooth. Pour into glasses.
Berry Good peach Smoothie
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1/2 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup fresh peaches, sliced, partially frozen
- 1/2 cup raspberries, partially frozen
- 1 1/2 cups ice chips
Pour ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Serves 2.
Main Squeeze Smoothie
- 1 1/2 cups ripe strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 banana, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup orange juice (preferably freshly squeezed)
Place all ingredients in blender and process until smooth. Serves 2
Raspberrt Smoothie Recipe
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup plain, low-fat yogurt
- 1/2 cup washed, stemmed raspberries
- honey to taste
Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth.

- 2 cups frozen mixed berries
- 1 1/2 cups nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt
Put all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. Serves 2
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup plain, low-fat yogurt
- 1/6 cup washed, stemmed raspberries
- 1/6 cup washed, stemmed blackberries
- 1/6 cup washed, stemmed blueberries
- honey to taste
Wash berries and remove stems. Place all the ingredients in a blender.
Blend on high speed until smooth.
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana, peeled
- 1/2 fresh papaya
- 10-12 raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup water or fruit juice
Put all ingredients into blender. Blend until smoothie consistency is reached!
