Tropical Tofu Berry Smoothie 1 cup light (reduced sugar) fat-free vanilla yogurt 1 cup skim milk 1 banana 3″ cube of soft tofu 3/4 cup blueberries 1 cup strawberries Put yogurt, milk, banana, tofu, and Equal into blender and blend until smooth.
