Rhubarb fruit smoothieThis recipe is a submission from a long-time reader. I think I can safely say this is the first smoothie recipe with rhubarb we have added to I am assuming this is where the sour come into play. My wife love strawberry and rhubarb pie, but I have never been fan. Although in a smoothie it may have a chance to  be part of my monthly diet.


  • 1/2 cup Sunrise Growers Triple Berry Blend
  • 1/2 cup chopped rhubarb
  • 1 scoop Sugar Free Ice Cream
  • 1 cup Apple juice
  • 1 cup crushed ice
