Dandy Dandelion Smoothie
Well, here is something new to try for me;dandelion greens. Here is some information about dandelion greens. Adding them to a smoothie is a good way to get them into your diet. We all need more greens.
3 cups dandelion greens
2 cups apple juice
1 cup water
- Blend until creamy, then drink and feel healthier, you just had a green smoothie.
