  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 small frozen banana
  • 1 handful baby spinach (or kale)
  • 2 cups  water
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp raw honey
  • Pinch of cayenne
