Wendy’s Frosty Recipe

There are many variations of the Wendy’s Frosty recipe. We have more Wendy’s Frosty recipes.

Wendy’s Frosty Ingredients:

  • 1 cup 2% milk
  • 2 tablsppons instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 teaspon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons cool whip
  • 8 ice cubes

Place everything in a blender and blend 3-4 minutes. Place in a glass. I put mine in the freezer for 4-5 minutes.
