Very Berry Smoothie

A very healthy smoothie full of antioxidants.

  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
  • 2 small ripe bananas
  • 1 cup berries (fresh or frozen) — strawberries, blackberries, and raspberries

Ingredients

  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
  • 2 small ripe bananas
  • 1 cup berries (fresh or frozen) — strawberries, blackberries, and raspberries

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend for about 10 seconds or until all ingredients are smooth.

Makes 4 servings.

    we didn’t have some of these ingredents so we changed is up a bit and it tasted really good.
    we did..
    2 cups of sunny d
    1 package of strawberry yougert
    1/2 package of blueberry yougert
    2 small ripe bananas
    1 cup of fresh blueberries
    we used the same directions
