Tropical Paradise Smoothie Recipe

This is a great smoothie that appeals to most tastes because so many are blended in on great smoothie recipe.

  • 1 1/2 cups pineapple-orange juice
  • 1 cup sliced banana (about 1 medium)
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 3/4 cup diced pineapple
  • 1/2 cup vanilla fat-free frozen yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon flaked sweetened coconut

Combine all ingredients in a blender, and process until smooth. Serve immediately.

    you are not giving alot of detail in your smoothies and also you should try and give a recipe with just fruit as the yoghurts contain alot of callories. Just fruit would be great. If you dont give it with only fruit then it won’t really be classed as a HEALTHY SMOOTHIE’

    Why would anyone criticize a recipe? If there’s something about a recipe you don’t like,tweek it to your heart’s delight. For example, I HATE coconut. If the recipe I’m using includes it, I exclude it. ‘Nuff said?

    Low fat yogurt is one of the best foods that you can eat to help with hunger, burn stomach fat and help build muscle. This is a very healthy smoothie!
