The Carb-o-nator Smoothie

Smoothie Category: Fruit Smoothies, Yogurt Smoothies 

Yeah, yeah, I know. Carbs are bad. Well, not when they are being delivered in a great smoothie recipe. Most fruit smoothies are full of delicious “evil” carbs, but this one pours it. Now you can pour it out, the Carb Smoothie, that is.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup yogurt (any flavor, but vanilla is a good base)
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1 small banana
  • 2 cups of ice

Blend, drink and exercise off all those carbs. ;-)

    I just tried this with 1 soy peach yogurt and it is definately delicious. With Peach flavor, it reminds me of Peach Pleasure at Jamba… but no power boost. =( I am going to save this recipe and modify it for daily use. Thanks!
