Cantaloupe-Smoothie

You may not think of cantaloupe as the most appropriate smoothie ingredient, but give it a try for something different. How many banana and strawberry smoothies can you try for Pete’s sake? Cantaloupe smoothies are great for helping you feel full as they are packed with fiber and water. Low calories and very nutritious, I think you will find the cantaloupe to be a great addition to your smoothie recipes.
