Banana Raspberry Yogurt Smoothie Recipe
I don’t care for raspberries and putting them in a smoothie isn’t something I usually do. Mixing them with other fruits certainly helps and once blended their velvet texture, which I don’t care for either, isn’t an issue, but I still don’t try to fit them in my smoothie mixes. But my wife and kids like them so I keep a few bags in case they ask for them. I’m also sure that many of the readers like them too, so here is another raspberry smoothie for everyone else. ;-)
I love soymilk and almond milk so feel free to use either for this recipe. I also leave it to you to choose sweetened and/or vanilla flavoring. I personally would choose unsweetened vanilla almond milk, but your tastes may be different.
Ingredients:
- 1 container (6 oz) 99% Fat Free French vanilla yogurt
- 1 1/2 cups soymilk or almond milk
- 1 cup unsweetened frozen or fresh raspberries
- 1 medium banana
- add a few ice cubes if you don’t use frozen raspberries
You know the drill…
Place ingredients in blender or food processor. Cover; blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until smooth. Serves 2.

You can use frozen berries in place of the ice cubes.
