Berry Blast Smoothie Recipe
A smoothie with lemonade in it is right up my alley. I love a tart smoothie and this berry smoothie has just right amount. Give it a try and let me know what you think.
Ingredients
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1 1/2 cups lemonade
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup raspberry sherbet
Pour all liquid ingredients into the blender. Add all frozen ingredients. Blend at MIX setting for 30 seconds then blend at SMOOTH setting until smooth. While the machine is running, move the stir stick around counter-clockwise to aid mixing. Serve immediately. Each recipe serves 3-5.

This non-alcoholic smoothie recipe is a delicious blend of tart cherries and raspberries. Lime Smoothie

It is time for lime, as in a refreshing lime smoothie recipe. I personally love the taste of lime and you’ll notice there are not too many smoothie recipes for this wonderful fruit. Of course to make it more palatable I have add some great sweeteners. Let me know what you think.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup lime (sliced)
- 3/4 cup low-fat milk
- 1 cup lime sherbet (can be light or low fat)
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 2 cups ice
You can substitute key lime yogurt for the sherbet for a smoother, albeit, slightly different taste.
Cranberry Smoothie

Cranberry Smoothie
Most women know the value of a cranberry – it helps prevent bladder infections. The good news is cranberries can be delicious in a smoothie. Try this cranberry smoothie recipe and let me know what you think.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cranberries
- 2/3 cup cran-raspberry juice (less, if this is too sweet for you, but I like it sweeter)
- 1 cup raspberries
- 8 oz of yogurt, preferabbly Raspberry
- 1 1/2 cups of ice
Blend until smooth, give it a taste and decide if you need more ice or juice.
Berry Berry Blast Smoothie
Berries are probably my favorite smoothie ingredients and this berry smoothie has a truckload of berries, and feel free to shove some boysenberries
in here as well or substitute. You can’t go wrong combining berries in a berry smoothie.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1/2 blackberries
- 1 cup low-fat yogurt (some type of berry yogurt would be best, but plain is fine too)
- 1/4 cup low-fat milk or 1/2 cup fat-free milk
- 2 cups of ice
While this smoothie is heavy on berries doesn’t lack of great flavor variety. I haven’t tried it with boysenberry but I would love to hear about it. Let me know if you try it. Blend until smooth.
