Chocolate Banana Smoothie

  • 6 oz. SnackWell’s Chocolate Cherry Non-Fat Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup skim milk
  • 1 banana
  • 3 large ice cubes

Put all ingredients into blender. Blend well, adding more ice or milk if necessary, until smoothie
consistency is reached!

Red Robin Groovy Smoothie Recipes

When you get this at Red Robin they have added a blen of apple, raspberry and blackberry and it is made by Langer’s. Most any berry blend juice will do though. The sweeter the strawberries the better the smoothie flavor.

Red Robin Groovy Smoothie

  • 1/3 cup frozen sweetened strawberries, thawed
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/3 berry apple blend juice (any brand will due)
  • 1/4 cup peach nectar
  • 1/2 cup of ice
  • 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
  • Garnish with maraschino cherry of course

Combine ingedients i a blender and blen until smoothe. Serves 1, approximately 16 ounces.

Cherry Cantaloupe Smoothie

Cherries and cantaloupe in a smoothie? This recipe may sound like a bad accident in a produce aisle, but it also blends nicely for a great unusual low fat smoothie taste.

Cherry Cantaloupe Smoothie Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cantaloupe (peeled, seeded, and sliced)
  • 1/2 cup apple or apricot juice
  • 2-3 pitted cherries
  • 1/4 cup raspberries or blackberries
  • 3-4 ice cubes

Put all ingredients into blender. Blend until smoothie consistency is reached.

Chocolate Banana Smoothie I

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana — peeled
  • 6 oz. light (reduced sugar) fat-free cherry — frozen yogurt
  • 2 T. Hershey’s Chocolate Syrup
  • 1/2 cup non-fat milk

Put all ingredients into blender. Blend until smoothie consistency is
reached! Serves 1.

Cherry Vanilla Smoothie

Cherry Vanilla Smoothie Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup Cherry Sugarfree syrup
  • 1/4 cup Vanilla Sugarfree syrup
  • 2 scoops VegeFuel
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed ice

Blend until smooth.
