Stress Reliever Strawberry Smoothie

Strawberries are good source of vitamins and nutritional value. These are things that stress can deprive us of and drinking fruit smoothies containing strawberries can help replenish us and keep us healthy.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups strawberries
  • 1/2 cup Jumex Strawberry Nectar, 12.5 oz.
  • 1 pitted peach
  • 1 cup low-fat plain yogurt or strawberry yogurt if you don’t have the nectar.
  • 2 cups ice

    Tastes teriffic…..only problem is I used Frozen no sugar added fruit…..made it really tart….but I used splenda to sweeten it up….

    I stumbled upon this by accident, 1 6oz. blueberry yogurt, 5-6 strawberries, 1/2 banana, roughly 2oz.fresh blueberries. Blend with 6-8 ice cubes and sweetened with roughly a tablespoon of honey. Less than an hour later, I was thoroughly cleaned out,(if you know what I mean).Tasty and delicious.

    My morning smoothie :)

    Half cup of frozen blueberries (substitute a frozen mango occasionally for a change).
    one banana
    half cup of orange juice
    half cup of no sugar organic soy milk
    About two tablespoons of yogurt (optional)
    2-4 ice cubes
