I tried this, sort of, I used a 1/2 cup frozen variety of pineapple, mangos and strawberries, I used 1 single serving Dannon Light and Fit BANANA yogurt and 1/2 of frozen blueberries, with about 4 oz of water, blended until smooth and it was very good, I recommend it.

An average size pineapple you find at a grocery store. Yes, 1 cup always equals 8 ounces on Smoothieweb.com. I'm guessing this makes 16-20 ounces.

I would like a few more specifics:

a. when you say pineapple, how big are you talking about?
b. approximately how many ounces will this make?
c. does 1 cup = 8 oz?
