Strawberry Nectar Recipe
Watch a Smoothie VideoA few recipes call for strawberry nectar which can be hard to find. If you can’t locate it a market here is simple recipe for strawberry nectar so you can make your own. Really, it is just strawberry juice.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh sliced strawberries
- 1/2 cup unsweetened apple juice, or to taste
- Optionally, you can add 1 tablespoon of water to make is less thick
Combine the strawberries and apple juice in a blender and blend until smooth. Then add the water and blend until you have it as thick as you like.
