I discovered how delicious cottage cheese is when blended with frozen strawberries, raspberries or both.
Use 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 frozen strawberries, 1/3 cup milk or water, 2 tbsp of vanilla protein powder, and sweetener of choice--sugar, Spenda, Stevia, etc.

Blend until smooth. For an ice-cream thickness, add less water or milk.

This makes a delicious snack that is very healthy.
Kids would love this also.
