Sometimes keeping a smoothie recipe simple is the best thing to do. Blueberries are a great antioxidant to use for your smoothie, they don’t need much help.
Blueberry Smoothie Recipe
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup plain, low-fat yogurt
- 1/2 cup washed, stemmed blueberries
- honey to taste
Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth.

ree, try it first and let me know if it really is gross. You might find the “subtle” mix of blueberry and orange juice much to your liking.

This is so much better with 1 Tbsp cocoa powder and 1 scoop of any replacement meal powder (I used the Ulimate Meal)!

add 1/2 cup of sugar! its ssssssoooooo much better!
