Sherbert Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 pts. lemon sherbet, softened
  • 1 1/2 c. cold milk
  • 2 c. frozen fruit, such as peaches, blueberries or raspberries

Preparation

In blender or food processor, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately in chilled glasses. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
