Power Protein Smoothie

Looking for a delicious and protein packed smoothie? This may satisfy both the needs of your tastebuds and muscles.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of milk
  • 2 tablespoons chcolate milk syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry chocolate pudding mix
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cups ice

You may wish to add whey power, which I have and that packs even more protein in this drink. Try one tablespoon for extra protein power.

This is the ultimate favourite with my three children! They never agree on anything–but they all LOVE this Power Protein smoothie! They give it 5 stars! It is “yummylicious!”

This smoothie is fantastic. It’s great for those after workout meals. Plus it tastes great. Thank you!

Though I do have to say that since I am one man, I only need about a glass in the end.

My favorite! I don’t use the chocolate syrup or pudding mix and it still tastes great using chocolate protein powder.
