Peanut Butter Power Smoothie

Smoothies and peanut butter. What an interesting combination or is it something that makes you think “That’s disgusting!”? Well, only one way to find out, give this protein-rich smoothie recipe a try.
Peanut Butter Power Smoothie Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup soy milk
- 1/2 cup silken tofu
- 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 bananas — frozen
- 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
Combine soy milk, tofu, and peanut butter in blender. Add bananas, chocolate syrup, and any ice cubes if desired. Blend until smooth. Serves 2.

well yes i agree with all these delicious smoothies but here is the best recipe for a smoothie ever!!!!
1 or 2 scoops of protein power (your choice on flavor but go with vanilla)
1 banana, 1 cup strawberries, 1/2 cup blueberries, 2 cups of low fat milk or water and then blend it all up
