Non-Fat Fruit Smoothie

For a fast breakfast, or a refreshing snack, just mix these fruits and go! Reduce honey to one tablespoon and calories are cut in half.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup apple, sliced
- 1/4 cup banana, sliced
- 1 orange, peeled
- 4 tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup ice
Preparation
1. Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

I am allergic to yogurt but when I searched your site for “no yogurt” recipes, it returned recipes with yogurt. Are there smoothies without yogurt?
Helen, this one doesn’t have yoghurt in it! There is a few on her without yoghurt that I have seen, I think you’ll have to do it the old fashioned way and just look through the recipes for them
