Mango Smoothie

Serving Size : 4

Ingredients

  • 1 can (8 oz) pineapple chunks, juice-packed
  • 1 large mango, peeled and chopped
  • 1 ripe banana, sliced
  • 1 cup nonfat frozen vanilla yogurt crushed or cracked ice

Preparation

1. In a blender, combine the pineapple (with juice), mangoes and bananas.
2. Process until smooth.
3. Add the frozen yogurt. Blend well.
4. With the blender running, gradually drop in enough ice to bring the level up to 4 cups.
5. Blend until the ice is pureed.
