Mango Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe mango, peeled, pitted, chopped — (approx. 1-1/4 cups)
  • 3/4 cup milk, skim — chilled
  • 1/4 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
  • 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 ice cubes
  • pinch of salt
  • fresh mint sprigs

Combine all ingredients except mint in blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Garnish with mint. Serves 1.
