  6. Blender Man on November 20th, 2008 9:49 pm

I don’t know if frozen mango would work, but I don’t see why it wouldn’t. Give it a try and let us know.

  7. Anonymous on May 11th, 2009 6:42 pm

frozen mango works ! I mix it with chocolate soy
milk – but not too much – you want the mango AND the chocolate taste !

  8. Juls on August 24th, 2009 10:45 pm

Its veryy thick, so add water if you want a more watery taste

  9. Jennz on September 6th, 2009 10:38 am

I really liked it and so did my friends and my cousins!! It tastes so great and mango-y please try it if you’re a mango fan and u can also add a teaspoon of plain yogurt because it adds texture and creaminess to the whole thing and its yummier with the mango!

  15. alice on July 11th, 2010 3:40 pm

can you use SUnny D instead of orange juice in this recipe?

  16. Blender Man on July 11th, 2010 6:32 pm

that will certainly sweeten it up. Sunny-D has a lot of sugar in it. But, hey, it’s your smoothie. Let us know how it turns out.

    omg i love itttttttttt

  35. Megan S. on July 16th, 2011 9:21 pm

Simply wonderful. I used these ingredients but also added vanilla yogurt and pineapple chunks (with a bit of juice) for added flavor and texture.

The result? A beverage comparable to the Mango-Pineapple Smoothie at McDonald’s… Maybe even better. :)

  36. Anonymous on July 25th, 2011 9:24 am

Can you make this without the orange juice?

  37. Blender Man on July 31st, 2011 11:53 pm

Yes, but I would add some other juice or just half the amount and use water or ice.

  38. Eddie on August 9th, 2011 11:28 am

i taste to much oj im not satisfied

  39. Laura on August 16th, 2011 4:13 pm

Pretty good, but deffinetly taste too much orange juice. I added a little more than 1/2 cup because I used a whole cup of freshly chopped mango, but I feel like it needs something else entirely, like bananas, strawberries, or pineapple. It’s still very good nonetheless, nice and cold & frothy, yum :)

@Cass That sounds like a nice modification. Let me know how it turns out.

  45. BigFatGinger on December 2nd, 2011 8:07 pm

    Add some Ginger.

    Giggity.
