Malted Date Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pitted dates
  • 1/2 cup nonfat milk
  • 3 tablespoons malt powder
  • 1 1/2 cups nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt

Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
Serves 2
