Low-fat Banana Orange Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup artificially sweetened, vanilla-flavored nonfat yogurt
- 1/2 cup nonfat milk
- 1 cup unsweetened orange juice
- 1 medium banana
- Sugar substitute equal to 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup ice cubes
In a blender, combine all ingredients until smooth. Makes 3 servings.
