Love Machine Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 cup squeezed orange juice
- 1/2 banana
- 1 scoop of vanilla whey protein (I use Power Whey Isolate)
- 1/2 cup of mixed frozen berries
- Optional: 1 tablespoon of Udo’s Oil (or comparative Omega-3 blend)
The instructions (be warned, this is pretty complicated. Don’t be scared to ask for help!)
1. Starting with the orange juice, throw all of the ingredients into a blender.
2. Blend for 45 seconds or until a sufficient level of creaminess.
This makes you a thick shake (seriously, most times I have to spoon the remainder out). It tastes awesome, is quite healthy. Note that because of the protein/carb balance, this is intended as a post-workout shake.Thanks to Justice. Visit his blog at http://graysmatter.codivation.com
