High-Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 Apple
  • 2 Bananas
  • 500 ml Soy Milk
  • 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar

Serves: 2

Process:
Skin the apple and dissect it. Extract the seeds and chop it into several chunks. Peel the bananas and slice them. Place the cut apple pieces and the banana slices into a blender jar and add Soy Milk, peanut butter and sugar. Blend it well till you get a nice and thick smoothie.

Health factor: High in protein and fills you up real good. People trying to lose weight should skip this.

    Soy is not healthy. read about it. Will ruin your thyroid, Only soy you should eat is fermented
