		<description>According to mypyramid.gov, this shake is about 834 calories, which is great if you are trying to gain weight. It is just as hard to gain 15 lbs. as it is to lose it. I plugged in this recipe using 1/4 cup of wheat germ cereal instead of wheat germ (something I would have in my cabinet), and chocolate yogurt instead of vinilla. I&#039;m sure this didnt make that big of a difference. Protein is 44 g and that is close to the RDA. I like this recipe. Remember to lift weights and use this protein. You will build muscle mass this way, instead of gaining fat weight.</description>
