Healthy Smoothie Royale

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups soymilk
  • 8 medium-sized dates (pitted)
  • ½ ounce raw or roasted almonds (12 almonds)
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries, strawberries or raspberries
  • 1 medium frozen banana (peel before freezing)
