Healthy Smoothie Royale
Ingredients
- 1½ cups soymilk
- 8 medium-sized dates (pitted)
- ½ ounce raw or roasted almonds (12 almonds)
- 1 cup frozen blueberries, strawberries or raspberries
- 1 medium frozen banana (peel before freezing)
