Flax Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 servings of silken tofu
  • 1/2 cup rice milk
  • 1/2 cup soymilk
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup frozen peaches
  • 1 teaspoon flax ( add more if you want a nuttier flavor)

Preparation

Its simple. Just blend all ingredients together and… that’s about it.

If it’s too, thick just add some more of either rice or soy milk or both. This drink has a nutty fruity flavor, and is accompanied by the healthy fat found in flax seeds.
