Easy-Going Smoothie
Smoothie Category: Fruit Smoothies
Ingredients
- 2 fresh apricots, halved, with seed taken out
- 1 handful of frozen blueberries (or fresh)
- about 5 strawberries
- about half a cup of yogurt, either vanilla flavored or plain
- a couple of tablespoons of honey (or some other liquid sweetener)
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- about 8 oz or more of prune juice (I used PlumSmart by Sunsweet)
The smoothie comes out very tangy, but the sweetness of the fruit will cover up a lot of the prune taste that many people don’t like.
