Chocolate Raspberry Smoothie
Do you like chocolate? Raspberries? Then this is the smoothie for you. As with most recipes, use a low-fat yogurt and milk for less calories and fat.
Ingredients
- 1 cup of vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk (low-fat or 2%)
- 2 bananas
- 1 cup red raspberries, fresh or frozen
- 3 tablespoons chocolate syrup
- 8 ice cubes
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth.
