Cherry Smoothie Recipe
This cherry smoothie makes a great breakfast smoothie, simple and quick to make and delicious to drink.
Ingredients:
- 1 very ripe banana, peeled
- 1 cup frozen unsweetened tart cherries
- 1 cup skim milk
Put banana, frozen cherries and milk in he container of an electric blender; puree until smooth. Serve immediately.
Serving size: one cup.

My son is a very picky eater I made him this cherry smoothie and he just love it and so did I. With the cherries and banana yummy
