Carrot Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces of fresh carrot juice
  • 2 cups of vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 of a peeled lime
  • 3 baby carrots
  • 8 ice cubes

Directions: Place all of the ingredients into a blender, and mix until smooth.  Using freshly juiced carrot juice is recommended.  Serves 2.

    I don’t have a juicer and I used skim milk and it worked out great too.
