Breakfast Smoothie Recipe

Breakfast Smoothie
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 banana
- 6-7 frozen strawberries
- 4-5 slices frozen peaches
- 5-6 frozen blueberries
- 6-7 ice cubes
- fresh mint (optional)
- dash of nutmeg (optional)
- 1 tsp. honey (optional)
Place all ingredients except ice cubes in blender. Puree until smooth. Add ice, and puree again. Pour into a glass and sprinkle nutmeg on top
and garnish the some fresh mint.

Made this with all frozen fruit except the blueberries. Didn’t have any so I used a few fresh blackberries instead. I did not add the nutmeg, mint, or the ice. Personally I don’t think the ice is necessary, with all that frozen fruit, it comes out cold enough. Without the nutmeg and mint it turned out well.
Made this w/o strawberries or mint. I also substituted frozen grapes for blueberries and cinnamon for nutmeg. Still, great recipe!
