Blueberry Smoothie
Blueberries can often be overlooked as a smoothie recipes ingredient because they aren’t a fruit we have on hand very often. Blueberry smoothies are a great source for many antioxidants and are incredibly good for you.
Ingredients
- 1 cup skim or lowfat (1%) milk
- 1/2 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt (or your choice of flavor)
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 banana, ripe
Preparation
Mix ingredients and blend in food processor or blender until smooth and creamy. Refrigerate until served. Makes 4 (6oz) Servings.
