Blueberry and Acai Berry Smoothie with Mango Juice


It is the attack of the superfruits. Blueberry and Acai berry together pack quite the nutritional wallop. Acai is an expensive ingredient so when you use it, make it count, I say. So this smoothie is particularly tasty and worth the cost for a treat. If you can buy acai berry puree for less money, in bulk, at stores like Costco, Sam’s Club or BJ’s Warehouse, go for it.


Purple smoothies are particularly healthy and this smoothie is the color of Barney the Dinosaur so you know its good for you. But you may not be familiar with the healthy benefits of acai in your smoothie.
