Berry Banana Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 small banana, peeled, cut up, and frozen
- 1/4 cup fresh or frozen assorted berries (such as strawberries,
- blackberries, and/or raspberries)
- 1 cup orange juice
- 3 tablespoons low-fat vanilla yogurt
- Sliced fresh strawberries (optional)
In a blender container combine the frozen banana pieces, desired
berries, orange juice, and yogurt. Cover and blend till smooth. To
serve, pour into tall glasses. If desired, garnish each drink with fresh
strawberries.

Really good!
I did the 1/4 cup of frozen mixed berries and I didn’t use as much orange juice (because I didn’t want to drown out the berry taste), so I did only about 1/4-1/2 a cup a serving. And I did plain yogurt instead. And even so it turned out really tasty.
