		<description>I think it might be called &quot;Bean Me Up&quot; and not &quot;Beam Me Up.&quot; If so, it would be a play on the Star Trek phrase that Captain Kirk always said, &quot;Beam Me Up, Scotty&quot; when he need to be transported back to the Starship Enterprise. And because the recipe calls for some Vanilla ingredients, which come from a bean (Vanilla Bean), someone thought it sounded clever to make that the title.</description>
