If you like bananas in your smoothie and, hey who doesn’t, you’ll like this smoothie.

Bananalicious Smoothie Recipe

  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 cups plain low-fat yogurt
  • 4 small bananas
  • honey to taste

Peel the bananas and measure the orange juice and yogurt. Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend on low speed until smooth.
