Banana Peanut Butter Twist Smoothie

I used to work for a commercial gym, and we had a juice bar … although we used some special ingredients to make my favorite smoothie in the WORLD, and I think everyone that went to the gym agreed, I have learn to substitute other things to make it.

It’s a banana, peanut butter twist smoothie.

Smoothie Ingredients:

  • 8oz Milk (could be any kind even soy)
  • 1/2 banana
  • 2 Big tablespoons of peanut butter (pref. not chunky)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons of vanilla extract (this is the ingredient that I substituted, which can be hard to perfect)
  • and then about a cup of ice

Then…umm, so good, you should really try it.

so I just made this smoothie and I think for the blender I have it would have worked better with crushed ice..
I think next time I might try it with a little more banana and a little less peanut butter.

I used two bananas instead and added a spoonful of sugar… delicious!
