Banana Blackberry Smoothie

This low-fat smoothie recipe combines blackberries with bananas, but it would work equally well with any type of berry you have on hand.



Ingredients:

  • 1 medium banana, peeled
  • 1/2 cup blackberries
  • 1/2 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Preparation:

1. Place all four ingredients into the blender. Blend on high for about 15 seconds, or until it is creamy and smooth! Serve immediately.

    Its good but alittle much on the blackberries. its was awesome though. needs a tad more ice. thanks for the recipe!:D

    Try 2 bananas, 1 cup of both blackberries and rasberries, and 2 cups of milk. Sure the seeds are a pain, but that’s a common cold’s worst nightmare – enough vitamin C for the whole day.
